MONDAYS 11am-midday

For all levels of Pilates participant, including beginners. Simply work to your level as I offer alternatives. The class comprises 25 minutes of standing Pilates (which includes the warm-up and some balancing) and 35 minutes of Pilates mat work (which includes the final stretches and relaxation).

 

KEEP FIT & TONE

WEDNESDAYS 10.30-11.25am

Standing gentle aerobic routines to uplifting and familiar tunes!  

We then use mats for the final toning exercises and stretches. 

Suitable for both beginners and improvers as you work to your level.

 

PILATES 

FRIDAYS 10-11am
